| Facilities |
Rogersville City Park
Consists of forty-two acres of recreational facilities including:
three pavillions, four lighted tennis courts, five small picnic shelters,
multi-purpose field with stage, walking/jogging trail, playground,
fishing (duck pond), outdoor basketball courts, horseshoe pits, six
baseball/softball fields, public swimming pool, and sand volleyball
court. See below for rental prices. |
Swift Mini Park
Five acre park located on Hasson Street with an outdoor basketball
court, picnic shelter, playground area, picnic tables, horseshoe pits,
open play area, and walking/jogging trail. |
Greenhouse
18x36 facility used for growing plants, etc. for beautification of
various grounds (including the parks) throughout Rogersville. |

| Facility Rentals |
City Park Building
Cost is $12.50 per hour plus a refundable $100.00 damage deposit -
call for availability. Not available on major holidays. Must be reserved
in advance. |
City Park Pavillion
March 15 - November 15: these pavillions are available on a daily
basis at a cost of $50.00 per day. Must be reserved in advance. Not
available Heritage Days weekend or during the Fourth of July celebration. |
City Park Stage
Cost is $25.00 with a $50.00 refundable damage deposit. Must be reserved
in advance. Not available Heritage Days weekend or during the Fourth
of July celebration. |

| Rogersville City Pool Information |
| The Rogersville City Pool opens Memorial Day weekend. It operates
on a limited schedule in August. |

Pool Parties
25 people or less - $50.00
26-50 people - $75.00
51-99 people - $100.00
100 people and over - $150.00
Lifeguards are $8.00 per hour additional to the pool rental fee -
1 required for every 25 people, minimum of 2 present at every party. |
Swimming Lessons
$30.00 for a two-week session. Check for dates and availability at
Park Office. |
Diaper Dunkers (ages 3 and under)
$15.00 for a one-week session. A parent/adult must get into the pool
with the participants. Check for dates and availability at Park Office. |

| Ongoing Activities |
Music Junction
Musicians / entertainers get together weekly at the Park Building
on Thursdays from 7-10 PM. Free and open to the public. |

Hall of Hame Event
Free - Open to public
Held in late summer on the outside stage to recognize outstanding
department volunteers and induct them into the Hall of Fame. |
Halloween Pumpkin Hunt
Boys and girls ages 1-9
Free - held annually, check for dates |
Hot Shot Shoot-Out
Free - Held annually for youth league players.
Tests skills in 3-point, dribbling, and free throws. Prizes awarded. |
Trees in the Park
Held annually in December. Trees decorated by community organizations
/ clubs / churches. |
